That would require an experienced body shop. You may only make things worse if you try to repair it yourself. Go to a local body shop for a free estimate.

OMG, you sanded way to much off, there is really no way other then repaint your hood...you can make it look a little better by using rubbing compound over the whole area, it will take a while and then go on line and find the matching paint for your car, the paint code should be on the inside of the drivers door.

It looks like someone sanded through the paint to the factory primer. Only fix now is to repaint the hood. Because it's tough to color match perfectly, most places would recommend repainting the entire body panel.

What's up guys? CG I had a post on here a couple weeks ago asking about Tom. Bob left a pretty good answer there about what may have happened.

I am pretty sure he passed away. Do a google search for "tom demyan obituary". I think he was from Alaska. He sure will be missed around here.

The strange thing about TOM is that his posts seem to be missing. FordNut passed away and I continue to see his old posts, but I haven't see any of Tom's.

Bob, Thanks for the information, Sad if he did pass...They may have closed Tom's account that's why you are not seeing anything. As far as Ford Nut, I was told they hid his profile so other guys could move in the rankings...
