98 lexus es 300 turn signal fell off how to replace

How do I put the turn signal back on car no longer
there it fell off...

I'm not familiar with the design, but check how it is held in on the other side of the car. May just be missing screws or a bracket is broken. You can get automotive screws/bolts at any auto parts shop, broken brackets and trim pieces can either be replaced with salvage yard parts or repaired with something like JB Weld.
