2010 chevy cobalt

Dash goes crazy when e brake is applied. Car stalls out
when at a stop light. Any suggestions?

Mine does weird things like that from time to time too. Can't find the problem. Start by making sure battery connections are tight and that the various grounds are clean and tight. Load test battery. If its weak it will make the car do strange things. then scan it for trouble codes. There may be information stored in the computer. Switching on my high beams often corrects the problem on my car. It's not a fix, but at least I get my gauges and power steering back.
