Go to the engine compartment fuse box and check fuse #F47, rated 15 amps. If it's burnt out, that is the problem, replace it. If the fuse was NOT burnt out, check for disconnected vacuum line that run the cruise control servo. Looks like a large soda can with a cable coming out of one end. Look for a missing vacuum line.
