i have changed the fuel pump, the coil, the relays, and the fuel/air sensor o try to start it and still no start

try taking off 1 of your plug wire, to see if you have spark.all you have to do is hold the wire away from the plug and ground the wire on the block...get close to the block but dont touch the block,i would get a screw driver and put it in the wire have someone else turn it over if you have spark. then check your compression,and dodge does have a real problem with the oil being burnt from using the wrong type of oil , take off your oil cap and look inside and see if you see real stick nasty crap inside the valve cover your motor probably needs to be rebuilt if it does, cause the motor probably dont have good oil flow at the oil filter but on the block.hopefully this helps
