Replaced plugs and boots one coil
new battery still have a drain on
battery when vehicle is not ran
overnight what may be the problem

Battery drain will have nothing to do with plugs, boots and coils. An amp meter connected in series with the battery will show how high the current draw is, then it will be necessary to start pulling fuses one at a time to determine which circuit the parasitic draw is coming from. This is probably something that a mechanic should do for you.
