Can someone help with Fuel Trims?

Hi everyone. I have an Expedition with a 5.4 engine. My fuel trims at idle are between -1.2 to -3.5 at idle & long term are -14.5 on both banks at idle.
When driving my short terms are 0 to -1 & long terms are near 0 with gas mileage going up. I have changed just about everything I can think of, that is why I'm here to see if someone can steer me in the right direction? Exp. runs great, can someone try to help?
