My 2010 genesis sedan has a screen and audio system that is not working. Is

Locate the infotainment fuses in the interior fuse box and remove them, make sure it is only related to the infotainment system, wait 10 minutes then put them back in, this should reset the system. If it still doesn't work then you have either a bad screen or the infotainment system has went. This happened to me and as parts were no longer available I had to go with an aftermarket system.
