Why is my master switch not working

I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 ext cab. When I
got the truck the master switch would roll down
the driver window but that’s it. Nothing else
worked including other 3 windows, lock/unlock,
window lock, power mirrors, RAPS system. Was
told it was replaced and it needed programmed.
I went to the salvage yard and got a working unit
out of an equinox with same part number and
tried it, which with it everything worked on it
besides the drivers window. Contacted previous
owner and was told he replaced the switch
because the driver window quit working. I went
to the dealer and spent the money to have it
programmed and kept the one from the salvage
yard in it, too which I was told it took the
program fine with no errors but still no drivers
window with it. Re installed the switch that only
the driver window was working and it stayed the
same (only driver window work). I went to the
parts store and bought a brand new switch and
only the driver window works on it as well. What
can I do? I am about to pull my hair out trying to
figure this one out.

The dealership messed up, why didn’t they check for proper operation before letting you take it.

Possibly a wiring problem. Check the wiring from the driver's door to the main body of the vehicle. In the front of the door jamb you'll see a rubber piece that goes from the door to the body. Remove it, temporarily, and inspect the wiring. Look for a broken or damaged wire or wires. Hope that helps! Jim
