While I was driving down the road my
2009 nissan altima cut off & won't restart.
I still have power because my lights radio
& wipers were still on

Take the car to a mechanic who can actually see the car. There are a lot of things that can cause your problem and the mechanic will find it. It might be a blown fuse, a failed ignition switch, or any of a hundred other possibilities.
