how to fix issue with car

i was working on my altima i had both doors open for a while battery drain out
car was runing fine no issues i jump battery push brake to push start button car
start foot on brake try to shift reverse but wont go so i unlock shifter with button
shift reverse ok but steering wheel was hard to turn either way move car shift to
park but try again to move car start but shift and steering wheel still hard to turn

Sounds like you corrupted the BCM programming when the battery went dead. Unfortunately the only place to get this fixed is the dealer, they will need to do a "flash" on the computer systems. Better have the battery tested also as it sounds like it might be nearing the end of it's useful life.
