Lexus SC430, will the spare tire fit in the trunk slot with the top down ?

Can I put the spare in the trunk slot made for the spare and put the top down?
Mine did not come with the run flat tires.

As long as you have the spare tire slot, and many of those cars that came with run-flat tires didn.t, if the tire you use is no larger than the specified spare, it should fit properly, allowing full operation of the convertible hardtop.
