All separate problems, if electrical components are actually fried then you have wiring problems, low voltage circuits are not designed to handle full alternator output so probably a short to main power somewhere. Wheel bearings are something that just go bad, some last for years while others come up short. But is is almost a ten year old truck so things are going to start to fail.

Take a close look at the electrical under the hood , If it's used there's no telling who worked on it before
Sounds like there was a fire in the intake, likely caused by a broken head or intake valve. also, and coincidentally, this affected the truck's computer and that's why it shows the rear axle problems, that might not actually exist. You need a mechanic for a very costly job, and never buy a FORD again.
Power surge like you'd get if you disconnected the battery with the engine running, which should NEVER be done. Just a guess. Jim
