Why do I have a misfire?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Acura TL. I have a misfire on cylinder 3. I swapped ignition coils
and spark plugs with other cylinders. I have good spark off the coil.
Compression is 185 across the board. I pulled the intake plenum and watched
injector pattern while someone cranked it and all injector patterns look the
same. Is there anything else I can check to find the misfire?

Poor injector spray pattern, internal vacuum leak, early stage headgasket problem.

Then what does live data show? Are you sure you checked both spray and frequency patterns. Early head gasket maybe hard to diagnosis, have you bore scoped the bad cylinder?
