The perfect dinosaur for me! I chose this make and model specifically for its older tech and build quality. Is it fast, no. Does it sip gas, nope. Does it feel solid, yes. This is my second one. The first is still running great at 20 years old. My only gripe is the type of OEM step bars. Easy to get in, but not the best for getting out of the vehicle. They will be swapped. Problem solved. This is a popular platform but it isn't the right vehicle for everyone. If you are considering a 4Runner, watch the Care Care Nut's review of the 5th gen 4Runners FIRST. Know what you are buying. I thought this was a very solid purchase. Ive owned the vehicle for about 5 years and have been happy with the purchase. My only complaint is that I thought the sound system could have been a little better. It was still good but I like to listen to my music loud so it would most likely be satisfactory for most people Nov 09, 2024

A classic top of the line quality vehicle for the price. The TRD is a fun version but I think the Luxury of the Limited is unmatched and can still be customized if you want. Love the automatic back window! Sep 10, 2024

Any 4runner, a million mile vehicle you ask? The answer is , YES. Toyota has really out done themselves in the manufacture of this model. These vehicles are tough, cheap to fix, tried and true engines and transmissions used for decades. I being Very biased dont believe you can find a better truck purchase than a 4runner! Jul 05, 2024

This 2020 4 Runner is a great choice. I have a very active lifestyle. I surf, snowboard, cycle and take my two dogs almost everywhere I go. So this vehicle is perfect for what I need. The SR5 Premium model has just enough nice features that it feels like your driving a luxury car minus the high price tag. If you are looking for a true goat of a truck I recommend this vehicle. 4Runner is the last of the real SUV’s….in a world flooded with cutesy crossovers and bloated luxury barges, the 4Runner stands alone as a rugged, do it all vehicle. Simplicity and quality will always outshine “tech” and disposability.Apr 07, 2024

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The 4Runner is beautiful inside & out. Hardly any road noise, it has so much room and I love the remote start. It’s everything I’ve wanted and I’ll definitely feel safer on the road with my newborn.Sep 21, 2023

Always an excellent vehicle. Hands down unbeatable in the snow and one of the, by far, best 4x4 systems on the planet. Highly recommend trying one out. The wheels will fall off before the engine or transmission quits... just sayin..Oct 10, 2022

This car is amazing! I love the strong build and look of the car. The model has a very sporty frame and is a showstopper. It drives extremely well especially on the trails in the mountains. The nautical blue color is very attractive, a real eye catcher. The interior is spacious with beautiful leather seats and anti spill rugs. The value of this car is very high. Jul 26, 2022

I absolutely love the feel of the vehicle, the seats are very comfortable in front and back. The front seat feels snug which makes me feel safer while driving and the technology is top notch. The backup camera is very useful and overall the vehicle is a very smooth drive offering great off road capabilities Oct 15, 2021

I have had a Lexus and 2 different 4 Runners. These are the best vehicles I have ever owned and that’s comparing them to Volvo, Dodge, Jeep, and BMW. The only thing I have a problem with is gas mileage but that’s what you get when you have 4 wheel drive. It would be nice if it had the push button lift for the tail gate but no big deal. They are awesome vehicles. I am on my 4th Toyota/Lexus brand. Jan 29, 2021

The 4Runner is a tough, body on frame SUV that combines the legendary Toyota reliability into one of the few true SUVs that are on the market today. Love the sound of the JBL audio system and the satellite radio. Jan 28, 2015
