The truck was a great value! Very clean and virtually no blemishes, low mileage, and never used hard. The only thing missing was 2nd /spare key. I did compare to Chevy and Ford but wanted to give the Ram a try- heard and read a lot of positives on the engine. Apr 12, 2024

After looking at ford 350 diesels and much research and being a ford guy for 20 years. We decided on this Ram 3500 it will most likely be the last truck we will own , we take great pride and care in the maintenance of our vehicles, our 2009 ford F -150 still runs strong after having 210,000 miles on it. The Ram should last us twice as long. Mar 16, 2024

I am very satisfied with this truck. It has plenty of pulling power, seems to do good on fuel. For such a big truck it has a comfortable ride. Its very easy to maintain. Love the 5th wheel system, very easy to install the plate. Simply put I am very satisfied with this truck, glad I chose this one!!!Oct 21, 2023

Dodge Ram is by far the best pickup a person can buy. Simply put, its the motor design along with the durability of components built in to the chassis and transmission! If you want something that can tow, if your looking for high fuel economy then the Dodge 3500 is your best bet! Feb 26, 2023

2014 ram 3500 lone star edition pricing was very competitive for the miles. Being an ex big truck driver driving trucks with Cummins engines in it I love them. Now going to the pick up truck diesel world the Cummins has great torque built to last for years would highly recommend , to anybody looking to get that first diesel pickup to try a Ram with a Cummins. It is the year/model I was looking for. There are so may options it gets a bit out of hand. The truck is over priced, as all used vehicles are these days but when you have a need for one, what else are you going to do. These trucks are workhorses that get decent fuel economy. The single rear wheel trucks get great fuel economy, The duallies are strong. The front tires wear quickly, but thats expected with heavy loads. They are very dependable and comfortable.Jun 30, 2021

Overall I like the Ram 3500. It has suited me well and it seems to hold its resale value. It has a fair ride without a load and rides great when loaded. I haven't towed anything that seems to strain it. Jul 16, 2014

decent truck for heavy towing, fuel mileage sucks compared to other makes. looks great, handles ok, able to handle 40 foot fifth wheel with 14 foot trailer behind it no problem. usually tow 18k-20k through the Colorado mountains, love the exhaust brake on down grades.Feb 14, 2014
