This car has been great for our family of 4. Very comfortable inside and stylish on the ouside. It has been very reliable for the past 8 years and still is. I would recommend this SUV to a family who is looking to have tons of space and still have style.Apr 06, 2015

All around great family truck and comfortable in every aspect. Have taken it plenty of times out on long trips to the city or camping, never had issues in the snow gave me the power I need in certain roads and hills.

Gas milage per a gallon being so low due to the huge surge in fuel prices. Overall a great vehicle and love mine despite that drawback. Truthfully, it's not even a problem I have with the make/model, it's the oil/gas companies that are the issue.Aug 08, 2014

Love my Navigator. No major problems in 10 years of ownership. I would only improve by adding more storage behind third row. Offer extended option like Cadillac, GMC, and Chevy. Smooth highway performance and plenty second row room. Would also be nice if second row reclined.Dec 06, 2013

This is a very nice vehicle with so many extras. I really like the climate control and sun roof. Also, the truck is awesome for long trips and excellent for a family. Although the mileage isn't the best, it's luxury and dependability way out weight the mileage. If the truck is driven with care it cruises very well and gets better mileage. Nice safety features for a larger family and the middle console in the second row is quite convenient for children since it holds toys, crayons, and the like. Drawback, it does not have a dvd player built in, but a travel dvd player is less than 100 bucks, so no big deal, especially since there is a power outlet (cigarette lighter) just below the console, that's nice. Overall, it's a very practical vehicle for a family and great potential for earning money during the winter months. With the 4WD I'm sure pulling people from snow or even putting a blade on the front could make money throughout the winter months!Jul 17, 2013

This vehicle sits up high giving you great visibility. Seats 7 people. Second row king captain seats. Great for long trips and soccer moms. Has TV with working DVD player and CD changer. Has luggage rack and cargo storage space. Console in front and second row seats. Lots of space in this vehicle!Apr 04, 2013

Overall, I loved the truck and it has served me well. I have traveled a great distance and have carried luggage and loads all over. It has provided me comfortable seating for long distances. If it were not for the rising fuel cost I would keep it.Mar 01, 2013

Where to begin? I have a love/hate relationship with this SUV. Having four kids, it's the only car I own that can transport everyone. The 12.4 mpg kills us, though. When the third row is up, the vehicle has little room for much cargo. This is why Ford lengthened the Navigator in later years. The airbag suspension rides awesome, and the 5.4L 32 valve Intech V8 has power in spades. Word to the wise: These SUV's will roll! Stopping.... that's a different story! ABS and weight make it handle well in bad weather.Jul 21, 2011

I loved driving this car. It has lots of power and the visibility of this ride is great. Just taking the car on trips made road trips fun and exciting for the family.
The car is loaded with a 10 CD disk changer with remote, radio, and DVD player which comes with head phones. It has 4 buckle seats and a back row seat that seats 3. It roomy and seats seven adults comfortably. It has running boards that light up for safety and ease for entering and exiting the vehicle.Mar 10, 2011

This Navigator has been in the family since 2004 and belonged to a friend of the family before that. One thing is for sure, it can haul lots of people and their things in style. It's been very dependable with no engine or transmission issues. It went to Florida and back in July. It will be hard to see it go!Dec 31, 2010

Performance - acceleration, 4x4 is great
Build Quality - air suspension has problems so Im in the process of converting to coil springs to save a lot of money. the kit fits right in because its the expedition frame and the ford has coils
Appearance - beautiful inside and out
Cost of Ownership - Lincolns are just expensive everytime something breaks, so many little electronics that when one breaks its a pain to fix. Gas... 14 mpg premium, air suspension is really expensive
Fun Factor - powerful straight line but handles like youd expect a large SUV to handleOct 08, 2009

fantastic 4 wheel drive that has been very useful in the very heavy new england winter's. I have easily taken it out in 3 feet of snow without a problem when all the other cars were stuck. The interior build quality leaves a little to be desired compared to my Lexus but otherwise its a good SUV.Aug 23, 2008

Big and safe. Anyone have money for gas? Ride is soft when the air ride system works, but if it fails, good luck getting quality and reliable help from any Lincoln dealer. I have driven in many blizzards in Canada and the USA, safest and strongest SUV that I can feel comfortable driving. Looks will always be attractive.Aug 11, 2008

It is allright! Thye are making me write more for some reason. OK Performance. Great Room. Good Power. Lots of squeaks and rattles. Appearance holds up. Gas mileage sucks of course. Not too much fun to drive but very safe. Buy it if you need the room and power. Peace!Aug 07, 2008

I've had this for four months now and absolutely love it. It had high mileage on it when I
bought it, but that hasn't stopped me from putting on almost 8,000 miles already.
Surprisingly, it has pep for a 5,700 pound vehicle. It always surprises me when you go to
WOT. The only bad thing is gas. It runs on high test and gets roughly 13 MPG. The 4-Wheel
drive I find to be very good and sturdy. Was never able to get it stuck.Mar 29, 2008

The Lincoln Navigator has a luxurious ride like a luxury sedan, can tow a boat like a truck, and carry 7 people in comfort like a van. It's a good SUV for those looking for a high grade interior, needs to tow stuff, and has a family. Jan 06, 2008

I wanted a big vehicle with all of the creature comforts. I also wanted something I could take camping and not need a trailer. I found the Navigator and fell in love with it. This thing had power everything and a nice big engine to boot. I thoroughly enjoyed cruising the streets behind the wheel of this SUV. Black with dark tinted windows and big chrome wheels - the perfect combination.Oct 01, 2007
