Years later the truck is still performing as expected 100,000+ miles on this Powerhouse Diesel and it is barley broken in. Long bed with a 1 ton cap. Tows my many trailers with ease and stops them with little effort. Oct 21, 2014

With a Banks Stinger Plus kit, pulling 24,000 lbs, set the cruse at 65 and relax. Without the Banks kit, race down hill and struggle uphill. With a 410 gear, it will pull anything but you may only get 5-8 MPGOct 13, 2014

We love the way that the truck drives down the highway, handles pulling trailers and the looks of the truck. It gets good fuel mileage. It was not in the shop much at all. If you take care of a diesel it will last for years and years. We ordered the truck 11 years ago just the way we wanted it and still love it.Sep 04, 2014

One of the most reliable trucks I've owned to date. Super power when I need it. Interior comfort while traveling is hard to beat. Great seats and comfort. SInce I added my SCT tuner the fuel economy has gone up over 10%. The new upgrades I've added have made this truck almost bullet proof. Jul 19, 2014

did the job and then some. I ordered it new to my specs and it has performed like a good friend for the past fourteen to fifteen years. I no longer had a need of such a work horse so I decided to find something a bit smaller.Jun 21, 2014

If I could justify owning it for work it would not be for sale. My only wish would be for the short bed so I could stand a fighting chance against my better half to justify me owning it. I actually drove this truck for about 1.5 years working for my friends, Dad. Loved it then, would love to have it now.Jan 09, 2014

This truck has been awesome. Always got us to and from any challenge from Hauling the fifth wheel and goose neck to going to the grocery store. Cant go wrong with the 7.3 Ford!! This truck feels like a late model truck with all the bells and whistles.Nov 07, 2013

Love the 7.3L Diesel motor, very strong, very long lasting. The transmission went out and I replaced with an upgraded BTS tranny. The power mirrors went out and expensive to replace, goes through tires faster than anything I've ever seen!Jun 09, 2013

Truck runs great! Very roomy and comfortable inside. Safe and great drive. Pulled cargo trailer with 3 vehicles very easily. Goose-neck hitch is a plus! Highway mileage is fair and can be a little loud inside. Beautiful truck inside and out! Apr 18, 2013

A brute on the farm and on the long hauls for cargo moving. Pulls a good deal of weight (have had 5 tons on trailers). Noise can be a factor on long hauls, but when you need the power you can't beat it.Mar 13, 2013

Great product with tons of power. Has great interior space and comfortable ride for family trips.
Only bad thing about this truck is driving in the city and trying to park can be difficult because the long wheelbase makes for a wide turning radius. Nov 25, 2012

If you need a no nonsense work truck, nothing beats a diesel powered dually pickup. It will carry or haul just about anything you can load in or on, but can also take the family on vacation in reasonable comfort. Fuel mileage inst that bad either.Apr 02, 2012

Highly recommend the F350 Super Duty 4x4 Diesel Trucks. Very reliable transportation and a workhorse. Great for in town driving as well as long trips. Great for towing and hauling campers. Interior has a lot of room as well. Have owned several F350 trucks...Feb 23, 2012

I don't dislike anything about this truck. The F-350 Super-Duty isn't glamorous, but it is exactly what a pick-up should be, in my opinion. It does everything it is supposed to do and I couldn't be happier. The fuel mileage could always be better but I don't drive many miles per year so it works out fine. She's a keeper!Aug 14, 2011

Bought the truck to pull equipment and the race car. Couldnt be happier with the overall performance. I've pulled over 8 tons with the truck on a goose neck trailer comfortably thanks to the integrated braking system. and also pull the race car effortlessly all over the state.Sep 29, 2010

Excellent fuel economy, fun to drive, fairly easy to work on, great for hauling stuff. Lots of upgrades available, most of them fairly cheap, and really add to the overall style of the truck. As long as the engine is left stock, no problems with it.Mar 27, 2010

I love this truck! its a auto so theres no shifting. however its an early 1999 so it has some previous model parts that was on the 1997 7.3 which was disconued in late 1999. but mine is straight piped with a napa 6637 intake air filter. so the turbo screams and has power when i need it and still gets 15+- mpgOct 02, 2009

2003 F350 crew cab 4x4 King Ranch with 6.8 V10... owned since new. Love everything about it performance-wise except for the 3.73 axle, should have got the 4.30 because from what i hear it doesn't kill the fuel mileage on this truck. this is my 3rd ford V10 and i swear by them... plenty of power, as reliable as a swiss watch, and cheap to own and maintain. the fuel mileage is NOT that bad considering the size either... before 35" tires i could do 12 in town and 18 hwy at 60 mph. after very heavy 35's i'm doing 10 in town and 14.5 hwy.May 21, 2009

So far this truck has been great for my family and I. Gets great milage and range on a full tank of fuel, 4 door cab is great for kids and dog. Have not found any job that it cannot do yet. Many upgrades available for it and easy to get. I would recomend this truck to anyone looking for a god family/work truck.Sep 17, 2008

Loved this truck but too big and too expensive to be my daily driver. The Diesel engine was great-good acceleration, great handling, about 12-15 mpg, but still, it was spendy to fill the 38g tank. Jul 10, 2008
