built of the car is solid and feels luxuries and used cars are easily in reachable price . 40 - 44 miles ev range is less , I wish 60 miles would have been ideal. Dec 19, 2023

Features are great, pricing is bad for 9 year old EV. Should be $15k, not over $20Aug 29, 2023

Pulls great, feels like an electric car but when engine kicks in you hear it run. Very comfy inside. Only bad side is outdated Bluetooth software and Camara. Not bad for the price. Apr 10, 2023

I love this car. Chevrolet did a great job designing it. Great gas mileage, up to 68 mpg and battery last 48 to 50 miles. This car is incredible and I wish I would have purchased one in 2014. Does not disappoint. Oct 08, 2022

Strong and reliable! So much gas ⛽️ saved! With over 135,000 miles the volt ⚡️ is still going strong!Sep 20, 2022

They tried to sell a Volt with no warranty on the battery. Car will be a brick if/when battery fails. May 03, 2022

Great car, mechanically sound with good speed, and acceptation. However the base model hatd hard, borderline uncomfortable seats. The sound system compromises of four sleekers, one in the drivers and passengers door, and one in each A-pillar. Also, after having used a backup camera it sucks to go to a vehicle without one. And finally the steering wheel gets COLD. Basically, what Im saying is get the primium if you can. Its definitely going to be worth the extra money. I would buy this car again.Mar 14, 2022

Decent value for year and milage. Electric drive component needs to be figured out why its charged at 34 miles, but only goes half of thatDec 19, 2021

I have only owned the car for a few weeks but it works for me. Most days are battery only and the included 120v charger will top off the battery overnight. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. Nov 23, 2021

Car is super quiet and smooth, very comfortable for a car that fits so easily in my garage, great efficiency and a good way to get into an electric car for much less money. All the tech features were pretty easy to figure out the first day, and Im not a young techy person.Oct 20, 2021

I love the car....great all around daily driver!! I’ve had it 4 days and no issues...I’m getting the hang of how the information system works and features. I decided to to keep XM satellite.....I love how quiet and stable it is. Mine has almost 200k..but it feels brand newMar 28, 2021

Great car if you are not quite ready for a real electric vehicle. I compare it to a Tesla Model 3. and the Tesla wins, but it does cost more.Jun 07, 2020

GM did an amazing job on the fit and finish of this car. Can't beat the fuel savings at the pump and has cutting edge technology in your garage. Would highly recommend this car for anyone that enjoy having a great conversation piece. Well done GM.Mar 06, 2015

I love the concept of this car. The 35 mile EV range is great, and the gas backup is even better. I think it's the best concept out there for me right now. I'm still new to the car, so I can't give it top ratings on everything yet, but so far so good with how it performs. It also looks great. The two main negatives are back seat room and the instrument (infotainment) central cluster. It has 2 bucket seats in back rather than a bench seat and the leg room isn't ideal either. The trunk is smaller than the Prius I had before. The central cluster is super awkward, crowded, and non-intuitive. Also, the premium sound system upgrade and the safety package upgrades don't seem to be worth it at this point.Jan 25, 2015

Buying this used was a great investment. Depending on your driving style you may rarely ever use gas. The sport mode on this car gives it an incredible amount of pickup. You would not believe it. Very impressed with the Volt.Aug 28, 2014

Great commuter car. Very inexpensive maintenance. Great safety features; front end collision warning, full airbag coverage, traction controls. 3 years free onstar. Satellite radio. Heated seats. Nice remote features; auto all windows down, key proximity unlock, auto start for pre-cooling or preheating. Nice climate control system. A little noisy because of the hatchback. Minimal storage space unless you fold the rear seats down.Mar 31, 2014

Best fuel economy, save money, looks different, fun to drive, awesoomme torque to the wheels, very efficient, really like it, don't know if I will keep it after the lease up, Cost me only 2 tanks of gas in the last 10 month I've owned it.May 18, 2013

Driving a Volt you just get used to answering lots of questions. people stop and stare and ask about it all the time. My answer is always the same - it is a great car and I am so happy driving past gas stations. smooth acceleration - and very quick. Excellent room and comfort. The car looks great - top quality fit and finish - the controls and buttons take a little time to get used to and can be sensitive, but overall it is great. Fun car to give people rides in as the comments are always positive. My main motivation was to keep my money here - not sending it over to the middle east - and others seem to agree. Every Volt driver I've spoken to loves their car.Aug 25, 2011

Very loose steering. Accelerator, brake pedal, and steering wheel were very easy
to move. Drives really smooth, but not too fast. Interior panels on doors were
green and kind of girly looking. Exterior looks pretty cool. Visibility isn't too great,
but back-up camera was very helpful.Jun 11, 2011

This car could change the way we think of cars... it runs completely electric until the batteries are exhausted (from an overnight charge) and then engages a gas engine to extend the range to what we expect of our current cars.Apr 19, 2011
