my mitsu is all show n no go i realy wish i could just bolt on a turbo n watch it fly down the quarter My Lil Mitsu was off the road for 5 weeks while my brother (a spray painter/ panel beater) and i sanded it down and repainted it. My Mitsubishi Mirage went from its original colour of dark green to Paris Blue, with its custom tan leather interior the colours compliment each other really well. It has a pioneer sound system x2 12inch sub woofers in a custom built box that takes up all the boot space, x2 6x9s in the back x2 front speakers, x2 tweeters witch all run off a pioneer amplifier and the pioneer head unit. The body kit is a mirage cyber body kit made from fibreglass both front and back bars 2 side skirts and rear wing, also the bonnet is made from fibreglass and has been modified to get better air intake. This lil car is a bumpy ride on long drives dues to its low suspension and 18inch chrome wheels. The engine is pretty much standard I’v recently fitted extractors and A pod filter it ‘gets up and goes’ now, but still as the saying goes “All Show and No Go”, I still have many plans for me lil mirage soon to be “All Show and All Go” ;) Nov 27, 2009

For being a 1.5 SOHC 4cyl. it can get up and go! Being the predecessor to the lancer, it has some perks that might not seem evident at a stop light. For starters, the car weights under 2500 pounds making the little 4 run like a 6. The 5 speed tranny is also pretty peppy; the close ratio gears make shifting swift and smooth. All in all I wouldn't underestimate this car- even for having 105hp any street rookie shouldn't try to take one of these on. The brilliant blue paint pretty much sums it up: this pocket rocket is ready to go!! Wow I sound like a guy from car and driver or somethin! lol Anyways, in the future I want to swap this motor for the LS version or even a lancer motor and tranny, also turbo headers, suspension, aero parts, etcMar 29, 2008
