I bought my van from a friend for $135 2 1/2 years ago. The heater core is gummed up and the heat doesn't work, and I need front and rear shocks ($800). That stuff is just regular maintenance. The van is driven to and from construction sites daily. It takes alot of abuse. I'm just driving it til it is too far gone to fix, then I'll sell it. It starts every day every time. The check engine light hasn't even come on. It has 155,000 miles on it, and it's half highway and half city driving. If it were 4wd I'd keep it. It takes lots of abuse and keeps on going. Would recommend for someone that needs reliable transportation from point A to point B. Mar 30, 2008
