1981 Dodge Colt Reviews, Pricing & Specs

I need to know how much a 1981 dodge colt 2-door hatch back in very poor condition with over 200,000,00+ miles on it is worth. It is in poor condition. I gave it to my brother who is a Vietnam vet years ago. He now needs disability bad and they are claiming that it is worth $200.00 the amount an 84 four-door dodge colt is worth now because the 81 did not have a value listed.
