Very expensive build as this car needed a lot more than I bargained for. Engine rebuilt, transmission rebuilt, front and rear suspensions rebuilt, all body mounts, etc. Interior totally gutted and redone. Body work straightened out (panels fit real nice). Base coat clear coat paint in original color.Mar 31, 2015

looks ragtop runs in the 12 s but its not as comfortable as a modern car . ? . it's inexpensive to repair and I own parts for cheap . no fuel injection no computer . its pretty expensive keeping it in back tires . My wife loves it' She knows how to use a performance car. At 60 years old I think that's pretty cool!May 25, 2013

Performance has never been a major issue. It was slow, brakes and all other mechanicals were bad and in need of replacement from the points/plug distributor, intake, carb, heads, exhaust manifolds leaked, freeze-out plugs leaked, oil leaked, trans leaked, body was rusted, floor-boards were bad, this was an unsafe vehicle. Work is now in progress to replace and repair those items that make it a safe, well working moving vehicle. It will be a very fun vehicle to drive.Apr 15, 2012

Some would see this as a bucket of rust, a symbol of a era, or just plain cool. This
is my favorite car design of all time, its not that fast, it handles like a boat, but it
looks great. Jan 19, 2012

If I keep this car, I am going to completely refurbish it. It's in good condition at present, but I want a show car. Although this is a nice ride, it is not my "dream car". Great opportunity for someone who wants a ready to go muscle car, or someone who wants to place a car in show condition.Aug 06, 2011

it performed well it is going to be built well, but right now it is in a thousand pieces in the garage. restoring is fun but very time consuming when you only have two people working on the car and when your garage is 10 degrees.Dec 11, 2010

good to feel the old power under the peddle of one of detroits finest muscle cars. third 69 bird I have owned and I cant think of another car I would rather have.
the only car I would trade this for would be a 69 trans am!!!

Like overal performance for a all stock 40 year old car.
Dislike no feel/responce in steering.
This car is museum inspected. This is good in Finlans becaus you can get a insurance that have very small costs. Only bad thing is that you cant use the car for mor than 30 days/year. But you can chose the days as you want and don't have to tell anybody when you use it. It's like a 'gentlemens contract'.Feb 22, 2010

You may want to look good in a car but in my eyes all you need is the sound and you cant beat a V8 for sound quality because it just rumbles, slowly ticking over waiting to eat you up with sound.Jul 06, 2009

I love the car its quality is amazing handling, awesome
motor running quality. Its performance is amazing as
the owner most likely ill love the car. The car is
currently worth 44 thousand dollars. it is a very fun
car except it has not been driven for a while.Mar 10, 2009

fast, sporty, fun to drive, gaz goselor, amazing acceleration, good handling, furious look, fragile engine(455 ho), rare parts, unibody, poor braking but awsome handling, trunk too small. i would not recommend this car for the weak hart because it is very powerful & unpridectible sommetimes.Personnaly i dont like unibody cars because once the rust get into them there history.Mar 01, 2009

Better then sex and gives me chills all the way up to my hair! Who doesn't love hearing that 4 barrel open? Heavy on the front end of coarse.... Wish I could get the interior finished and looking sweet. Next toy will be a 63 corvett I think. Gotta love it.Dec 05, 2008

Bright yellow - 350 CID, some mods, 3-spd. This car is fun and reliable. It hooks up and goes when you need it to as well. The perfect touring car. Big beefy Centerlines and Mickey Thompsons too. Turn the key, put on the throttle and go get some soda, play the AM radio. ZenOct 19, 2008

It is the most beautiful thing to touch any road
anywhere. It has 350 cubic inch 8 cylinder engine with
headers, Crager S/S wheels, 10 bolt posi track rear,
and a cherry red paint job and white convertible top. It
is more fun than any other car in the world. Aug 27, 2008

It is a rare care that i found and restored in high school. I was even getting ready to race on the local drag strip when it was totaled in an accident pulling into the insurance agency. the car ran like a beauty. now it sits there waiting for me to fix it again.Aug 18, 2008

my car needs some work but i still love her to death... she's sheena my punk rocker... has a 4.1L inline 6 with OHC... my dad took the valve cover off and said that the inside of it read Cosworth... if so then i've got an extra rare engine...everytime i pull up to a stop light someone tries to race me... it's the slowest muscle car ever made... so i just honk my dukes of hazzard horn, and they just laugh and drive off... it barely goes above 65mph which sucks when you drive to PA every week for school...about 7 - 10 MPG but worth every pennyJul 17, 2008

The nice thing about owning a classic car is you join a family. You can cruise slow or drive fast and talk for hours with anyone who a classic. There is nothing like cruisin in a classic with the rumble of the engine and exhaust. The best thing about classics are owning them and working on them yourself.Jun 26, 2008

This car is fast. With very few modifications it has become an 11 second car on the strip. May 05, 2008
