Always a head turner regardless of appearance. It gives any driver the "grin factor". As soon as you get in it you have a grin from ear to ear. Small engine with a lot of grunt considering they start from 850cc up to the Cooper S 1275cc engine. Not really trimmed out well, but very basic, and affordable. Way ahead of their time!Jul 19, 2009

This was my first car in 1987 'Sparky'...bought it painted with silver hammerite, rubbed it down by hand, ended up on truck red with a union jack on da roof! Great fun to drive bouncin around! I even had/still have a gold pendant, with the outside hinges & moving wheels. Had to sell it before my travels in Aus.Sep 19, 2008
