We had an incredibly positive experience this week with Kelowna Mercedes-Benz. My partner and I were shopping for a new or near-new Volkswagen Taos, and noticed they had a 2024 model with very low kilometres. We reached out and were fortunate to be connected with Teresa Parada. From the very first hello, Teresa was exceptional. Even though we were looking at a VW, she was knowledgeable, professional, and consistently responsive with every detail we needed. When I came in one evening to see the car in person, it was immediately clear it was exactly what we were looking for. The vehicle was in showroom condition inside and out, and the team had even completed a full detail under the hood. We purchased the car and loved the experience
