felt no pressure and it was an easy going experience..my sales staff who dealt with me primarily was geniune and i immediately felt at ease...venicles were clean and he showed me various aspects of each vehicle...bought the Tiguan which was a better ride and in my price range...will probably buy another one from them one day and spoil myself
