Honestly this dealership is by far the worst dealerships I’ve ever been to. The lack of professionalism is beyond me, let’s not even get into the fact that things they advertised weren’t on the car when I got to the dealership after making and hour and 45 min trip..not to talk of the supposed sales manager that was extremely aggressive and rude towards me! Little did they know they were recorded, mind you if you finance I would suggest you go over you finance agreements very carefully because the discrepancies in the numbers are countless! Ben is very dishonest and I’m very sure that the aggressive sales manager was also in on the scam too, on their website at the bottom of all the description they state clearly that, 599 doc fee and the $6.00 Amvic fee is already included in the car price…why then do they charge me again separately for it? Not to mention I made clear that I wasn’t going to put any money down and they then fixed their own price to put down on my credit application tha
