Car was available for a short period of time however as we were going through the Carfax and other maintenance issues the car may have had (all by emails) the car was sold

My salesperson Karan was knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. However the sales manager was quite pushy and high pressure but what I found very offensive was the fact that I had to repeatedly asked for my keys to be returned to me. The sales manager had my keys in their office and clearly wasn’t prepared to return them to me until he had an offer ready for me. I also found his added on fees especially the $350 ‘insurance’ fee to be excessive. I personally did not have a very positive experience at the dealership.
