Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They had lots of other cars to show me at this dealership (not just the one I came to see). All the cars were clean and ready in minutes. Woodland Toyota is a great place to find a used car. Highly recommend!

Super service !

Christopher- our sales person -was excellent; very helpful in person at the dealership, and via text responding to several questions we had in the week between purchasing and picking up the car. The dealership quoted us a very fair value for the trade in of our vehicle. There is some complexity of purchasing the car in Quebec and registering it in Ontario, but Christopher walked us through the process and ensured that we had all of the required documents.

The only problem was that I had limited time to pick up the car. The winter tires were supposed to have been removed and put in the car and the summer tires put on. However, the winter tires were still on the car and so they had to be taken off putting in the car in the summer tires put on this took about a half an hour and made me late for my appointment. Either the service department wasn’t told the sales people or it was missed by the service department. In any case, the sales people should have checked the morning I was coming to pick the car up to see if the tires have been taken care of.
