Texted dealer that I was on my way. Traveled an 1.5 hrs, got there first thing in the morning, really hoping to purchase that vehicle. Took it for a test drive. Returned to dealership, sold it to someone else. Wasted my time. Worked out in my favor. Purchased a better vehicle that afternoon. From another dealer.

Told me it was sold (Bruce) et that he would call me the next day for more units coming in.Never followed up. Never called,emailed,nothing.....

Sales rep (Jonathan) was attentive to my questions, very personable. Took video of the vehicle as photos were not yet posted. Scheduled a test drive, showed me all the vehicle’a features. Easy negotiations. No hidden fees and o pressure to purchase extended warranties or rust proofing. Well worth the drive from Ottawa!

They answered all my questions promptly but unfortunately we were not able to agree on a final price therefore we did not conclude a deal.

She called the next day and offered to make an appointment right away.

Made an appointment to test drive the truck with a representative leaving instructions to ask them to notify me if the truck was unavailable. Arrived at the appointment, had the test drive. completed all purchase documents and paid a substantial visa deposit. The truck was purchased then salesman went to manager for sign off on deal. We then find out that the vehicle had already been sold. Needless to say I was NOT and still am NOT,a happy camper!!!!This would not have happened when Mr Tony Graham owned and ran the business.
