My experience with Brendan and Jim was excellent. I arrived for a test drive and they promptly greeted me with the truck already out front ready to go. The guys were courteous and answered all my questions. I had my own truck there for trade-in and they gave me a fair trade-in value within the range provided by online websites. The truck drove well, and we closed the deal. Very Very painless. Highly recommend buying pre-owned from Russelle Toyota.
