After confirming I wanted to buy the car ASAP and canceling another car I saw at another dealer (and even paid for the inspection), they didn’t come back to me over 4 days even though my calls and texts (tire seasons was the initial excuse) and then when I did another follow up I got a text message saying that the car was sold by another person to someone else!!!!!

I went to the dealer (Subaru Lachute) 9 days ago. Left a deposit on the car as it had some superficial damage. We discussed pricing at the time and then I heard nothing. Today I received a call stating they were adding costs that were not mentioned in the original discussions. The car was not clean at the time of original visit. Would not do business with them. Disappointing really.
