I had a really positive experience at Whitby Subaru and would highly recommend them.

Vehicle i was interested in was sold but is still on the website

Booked a test drive at 1pm. Had communicated with dealership and they knew I need to drive 1 and half hours to get there. Half way through driving in a snowy weather, then got the email from them, the car was sold at 9am that morning. I could have saved me battling the snowy weather driving up there, should they contact me as soon as they sold that car. Very bad communication, by luck I checked my email at the gas station to fill up gas enroute, otherwise I would only realised the car was sold when I reached the dealership. They could have called me instead. Very upsetting and frustrating.

Didn’t stay long. Drive an hour there and then back. The sales person neglected to tell us before we came for our appointment that the car we were interested in wasn’t available anymore.
