They called same night as I inquired. Told me they would send pictures etc. I never heard anything for 3 days. Sales reached out to see if I need anything and I told them about the sales man that was supposed to message me. And the car was sold! Apparently the morning after. Lol . Bull——. I bought elsewhere

Just an inquiry. The vehicle was already sold. I offered to buy a different car (same make, model, mileage, year, etc., if given the same deal. I never heard back

I inquired online and they got back to me in 15 minutes on a Saturday night. I unfortunately wasn’t quite ready to buy yet but when I’m ready, I will let the same salesman know and I’m sure they will be efficient and accommodating.

Slow to follow up

I called the day before to get pre approved, was told to come in, that I got pre approved and have 2 options to look at, they showed me, we worked out a deal, go to sit down with financing, and get told a different percentage rate, then what I made a deal on. Very poor communication between finance and salesperson, I believe that if I get pre approved, then the finance person, should have communicated with the salesperson to let them know what the exact options were. I wasted gas going there, and time, I was there for almost 3 hours. Not a very professional dealership.
