Very poor. They informed me of a vehicle they were taking on trade and asked for a security deposit on it. Then the sales rep said that a deposit wouldn’t be necessary and he would call me once they had the vehicle ready. I was on hold like this for 2 weeks and meanwhile stopped my vehicle search. Then they texted and said the vehicle was no longer available as it had been sold. I’ve never been treated so shabbily in my life.

Enquired about this vehicle. The salesman was good but when we got the finance manager, he was able to get financing for me but for a different unit. They tried to convince me that this other truck was the only truck that I could get. Details were vague at first and it seemed they wanted to get me locked into financing first. Finally got the details after asking a couple of times. I was not impressed with the choice. Told him that we need to find a different vehicle. Well his type A personality took over and he told me good luck finding another vehicle and he was closing my file. Maybe he forgot who the customer is or what good customer service is? Definitely not the way to treat customers. I will not be going to this dealership... ever because of how I was treated. If I don't like a vehicle, why would I buy it. Maybe he though I was desperate. Who knows. Anyway, moving on to other places as this dealership will never get my money because of him.
