Great service better car

Not overly great. While they got to a somewhat reasonable number (not a great one), they did not value my trade very well (they were the first to show me just how bad of a value it was - and ironically I was there to trade in their brand [a Jeep] and get a Toyota on their lot). And more ironically, a 2 Toyota dealerships offered me more for my trade. I was told the Toyota was essentially perfect and was sent a carfax that was run, showing a clean history with no accidents. I noticed it had been run in may but otherwise was happy with no accident claims etc. I then found the current carfax a few days later and it was in an accident over $2k in May. To give the dealer the benefit, perhaps they didn’t know, but it just felt shady and like they were hiding something. I ended up going with a manager demo unit from a Toyota dealership for basically the same cash all in and half the mileage and no accidents.

Responded in good time. Wanted to have me come test drive rather than provide the information requested.
