Very helpful and friendly. Until they had my money. Vehicle had squeak from engine the day after and BC out of province inspection revealed a torn drive shaft boot, though dealer assured me everything was in good condition and even provided a perfect inspection dated the day before the sale. When confronted, they became dismissive though they said they were sorry. Now I have to deal with warranty claims at the closest dealer which is an hour away. Sales manager was very rude and hung up on me. Would not even consider some money back for dropping the ball and selling me a vehicle with issues. I hope this helps someone avoid what I have experienced here.
