I tried 4 times in multiple ways to get a response from this dealership. When they finally replied “someone just put a deposit down” I would not recommend this dealership - awful communication

Client oriented and polite. Nevertheless the car was clearly not in the described condition. Window outerbelt damaged, 2 wheel curbrash, old vinyl wrap underlay everywhere. Disapointed of 5h road trip.

They did not respond to my inquiry. The vehicle sold the next day but they could have had the courtesy to respond and tell me.

The guy was a typical salesman. "Every thing is perfect. Don't worry. " But since I like to be diligent, and asked alot of questions and to see the inspection reports and the car came with a warranty, he got really pushy, and threatening like "I don't want to sell you the car if you don't just trust me". Who trusts a sales guy the first time the meet them? Eeee! The car seemed good though so I dealt with the lady for the rest of my questions and we did the financing together. She was awesome but she's not a sales gal. If it wasn't for her, I would have just left. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he talked to me.

Fantastic dealership 100/10 Alex is the man. I will only deal with them when looking to purchase any Mercedes-Benz

Very nice presentation, but the price was too high, and they gave me a low offer for my trade-in.

Very good service so far going monday to see 3 cars one is mine ,thanks to Emmanuel for the great service, can't wait till monday.
