Sales man was excellent. Showed me other cars I might be interested in also. I remember him being very knowledgeable when I went to see him.

Salesman was helpful and friendly. No pressure sales

We drove for five hours thru mountain passes for a nine o'clock appointment with the salesperson and he was not there. Another salesperson took us for a quick test drive and explained the vehicle briefly. Our salesperson showed up later and told us he had a flat tire, which we found out later was not the truth. The finance manager Brian, who explained the paperwork and warranties left on the car, was very helpful and professional. We drove the car home, another five hours, and it preformed fine.

Dirty to the core. Vehicle was not AWD as was advertised. They Made up a story that our trade had been a total loss rebuild so they could only offer below market trade value then used high pressure tactics to try to get us to commit. Their implication that our vehicle had been in a major claim situation was shocking and a complete attempt to use our inexperience with Carfax reports to claim something was there that was not. The lot is chaotic with no parking and no room to get in and out.
