We purchased this vehicle. The sale and test drive experience were fine. We have discovered there are scratches on the back that should have been brought to our attention and were not (our bad for not catching them). When we picked it up, we left the dealership only to realize a brake light was not working (which is part of the safety so something was missed), which makes me wonder what else could’ve been missed in the safety :(. They owned that this was a problem and suggested we come back another day from out of town. This was not possible. While trying to rectify the unsafe vehicle that was sold, arrangements were made for a loaner while they fixed it. They were then to swap out our fixed and ‘full safety’ car to us at a different location in Toronto and showed up an hour late, wasting our time. No other compensation was offered for the delivery of a vehicle not saftied (oil change?). We are very frustrated with our experience and we went to a dealership expecting much better.

Not good, just not good. Communication sucked, they took their time responding to issues, fixes etc. Promises made were not kept, trade in values were low, too many things to mentions would not recommend
