I made an inquiry for the one vehicle. Personal matters arose that I needed to deal with. The salesman was persistent to reschedule. I felt pressured and tried to keep on talking over me. I ended up just canceling all future appointments. My personal schedule needs to be respected!

Nothing good about the experience, arranged to go see a truck and when i get there it's on a lift in the back cant even look inside. Appointment was for 430 and was stuck waiting till after 5 before i was able to see someone and talk financing. Being an older truck it didn't work out so they tried selling me on a newer more expensive truck. I waited a day then finally i called back to ask whats going on? There was no sense of urgency and felt like they couldn't be bothered to get my business. Then the financing guy tries to seal the deal before ive even seen this other truck in person. I took the time and read their reviews previously before i had to call them back, i was not impressed with what i read. After dealing and talking with them i was not impressed with how i was talked to like i was in the wrong for not agreeing to buying a vehicle i havent even seen. Overall rude bad experience. Went into winnipeg that day and bought a different truck with way better customer service.

The salesman was great. Brought the 2 vehicles we were interested in out for us to look at and a third as well.

Promptly responded to my email and unfortunately i was not able to go see the truck before returning to work out of town. No further hounding involved!
