Would not deal with Iman Faraji or the dealership. Was waiting for the vehicle to be safetied to be viewed, and told it would happen that day and I was ready to drive out immediately (that same hour) and it was sold right from under me. Total disregard for a serious customer. Not someone or a dealership I would trust.

I was helped by their sales rep, Helston Sales. He was absolutely wonderful to deal with and I would be more than happy to work with him again in the future. Unfortunately, I did not end up buying the vehicle that I had inquired about and test drove as it just was not the right vehicle for me. Steinbach Toyota is very fortunate to have Helston working for them.

I went to see one vehicle, they were trying to upsell me the minute I walked in the door. Never offered to show me the vehicle I actually went there to see. And told me upfront they didn’t want me to pay outright, they wanted me to finance so they get the ‘kick back’ from the bank and argued with me when I tried to explain how I wanted to pay. I walked out without being able to see any vehicles.
