I sent a message in English (my preferred method of communication) on Friday, August 8th, but did not receive any response until Thursday, August 14th—and that response was a text message in French. I replied promptly, requesting additional details about the vehicle, including Carfax history and the in-service date for the warranty. Unfortunately, I never received any further response. This level of communication falls short of what I would consider good service. Despite my follow- ups, I have not heard back, which gives the impression that they are not interested in assisting me or earning my business.
