Very nice experience with the dealer. Very welcoming and helpful, providing the opportunity for a test drive and inspection of the car. I recommend them for their pleasant welcome and information.

I was contacted by this dealership by an add I answered. Our contact was limited on my part as I was currently dealing on something closer to my budget, which was with another dealership. The little bit of conversation that ensued was pleasant and they tried to be helpful.

I didn’t like the high pressure sales tactics. While texting with the AI agent, I set a day and time to discuss things with a phone call. Two sales people called me a day early while I was still at work. Even though I told them I couldn’t talk because I was at work, they persistently kept texting me and turning things around; they kept saying I asked for things I did not ask for. These were things they kept asking me. Also, they tried to say I was going into their dealership Saturday morning. I told them, No, I said I would talk to them on the phone and if I liked what I heard, I would come in. I was quite frustrated by this point; I told them, you need to review the messages more thorough and stop turning things around and trying to pressure me. I decided at that point not to bother going in. If they were going to pressure me this much while just texting, I didn’t want to drive 1 1/2 hours and be put myself in an uncomfortable high pressure sales tactic in their dealership Saturday
