Concessionnaires Mazda à proximité (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, CA)

The only problem was that I had limited time to pick up the car. The winter tires were supposed to have been removed and put in the car and the summer tires put on. However, the winter tires were still on the car and so they had to be taken off putting in the car in the summer tires put on this took about a half an hour and made me late for my appointment. Either the service department wasn’t told the sales people or it was missed by the service department. In any case, the sales people should have checked the morning I was coming to pick the car up to see if the tires have been taken care of.

The Salesman I dealt with was very patient; this being my first Mazda I had many questions and he responded to every single one. Very helpful which lead to me buying my first Mazda. Thank you

Multiple phone calls, multiple attempts to get to sales person. Literally, I followed up and every time they promised someone will call you. And till today, no one reached out. I still haven't got chance to discuss the vehicle with anyone. It felt like they don't want to sell or they are not interested in talking to someone who is outside Quebec. Horrible experience. No dealerships miss the opportunity to talk to customer especially customer who is calling again and again to speak with someone.
