Concessionnaires Lexus à proximité (Calgary, AB, CA)

I made an offer and it was accepted by email. I arranged to drive out the 3 1/2 hours the following business day and advised them I would get there approx 2 pm. About 45 mins from dealership they phone to tell me the car is sold. I continue to dealership where I am told because no deposit was placed(was not asked for). I was SOL. not just my time but also my friends who came along to drive car home. I guess it doesn’t matter whether you are dealing with luxury dealership or back ally used car lot, a used car salesman, is nothing but used car salesman. I have placed a complaint with service Alberta, and I’ll see what they have to say. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
