Ver difficult to receive any type of concrete answer. Yet, I cooperated fully by sending in all of the answers to the questions asked! Honest communication is definitely not one of Lachute Ford's stronger points! They cannot even confirm an interest rate. They flip and flop with the best of them!

I went to the dealer (Subaru Lachute) 9 days ago. Left a deposit on the car as it had some superficial damage. We discussed pricing at the time and then I heard nothing. Today I received a call stating they were adding costs that were not mentioned in the original discussions. The car was not clean at the time of original visit. Would not do business with them. Disappointing really.

The Nissan representative was friendly and helpful, the car was clean and ready but was not up to spec. This particular car had lots of shaking issues. I went on to find another car through CarGurus that I purchased yesterday.

"Never go to this place. It doesn’t even deserve one star. This is the worst dealership. They are friendly until you sign the paperwork, but the moment you do, their attitude completely changes. I strongly recommend not visiting."
