Unprofessional due to language English unspoken by dealer

I sent a message in English (my preferred method of communication) on Friday, August 8th, but did not receive any response until Thursday, August 14th—and that response was a text message in French. I replied promptly, requesting additional details about the vehicle, including Carfax history and the in-service date for the warranty. Unfortunately, I never received any further response. This level of communication falls short of what I would consider good service. Despite my follow- ups, I have not heard back, which gives the impression that they are not interested in assisting me or earning my business.

I didn't end buying the car I was looking at, however, the dealership was responsive and very forthcoming. Vert straight forward and honest.

Excellent experience at this dealership. I was pleased. The salesmen (Rony and Matteo) took their time to see me and gave me the chance to test the car. Communication from (Rony and Fanny) were excellent and in person service by (Matteo and Fanny) were satisfaction. Excellent team and dealership.
