The vehicle I was inquiring about sold but Sam Singh continued to communicate with me about other vehicles in the same price range. I did go over to Applewood Kia Surrey., B.C. wasn’t able to make a deal but was treated fairly. Thanks Sam for your dedication.

The salesperson I met was very nice and very helpful. However the appraisal process regarding my trade in was most unsatisfactory. The salesman advised me that the appraiser was not around at that time and so he took a few photos of the exterior, one of the odometer and maybe one other of the interior. No one spent any time looking at the interior of my vehicle - leather and in excellent condition or took the low mileage into account. The appraisal came in at nearly half of the other two dealerships that I had been to in the past two weeks. I was seriously considering buying that vehicle until the discussion of my trade in went badly. Today I was just notified that that vehicle was just reduced in price by $1000.
