Car is sold and not even for sale and they leave it on the website anyways. They always have “other options” to sell you though.

Unfortunately the car had been sold, they did offer to show me what they had in inventory but I was specifically looking for the SRT

Had an appointment scheduled, but the dealership was closed on the day they scheduled the appointment. They were extremely rude and uncooperative when I asked 3 pertant and necessary questions prior to the appointment. Ill never shop there, or in Quebec, or for a jeep again. And I had cash. Well done.

Staff could not be bothered with me once I said I was paying cash and blew me off with no return response. Like he said they don't make money of the sale of used vehicles.

Dealt with salesperson through email and Finance by phone and by email. Financing was approved and I informed both salesperson and Finance manager that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Test drive could not be schedule until the following week since both people were taking time off. Test drive was scheduled for May 27, was advise by salesperson that the car had been sold over the weekend by another salesman. I wasted a week dealing with these people and I can understand why car salesman have such bad reputation. Never seen such unprofessionalism and my advice is “stay away” from that dealership!

The staff at Capital Dodge went above and beyond what I had expected when arriving at the dealership. They worked with me on a price for my trade sight unseen. I don’t know of many dealerships that would do that.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. My commutation proved to be very productive, all questions were answered. My point of contact was there to follow-up on any concerns in a timely manner. My purchase was a success. I am very pleased with my new vehicle. I would recommend my friends to this dealership.
